1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the jibazz online casino and sports betting platform ("jibazz" or "we") and its users ("you" or "user"). By accessing or using the jibazz website, mobile browser version and all related services, you accept all clauses of these Terms.

• Each individual may open only one account. Multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") are prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate and complete.
• As part of the identity verification (KYC) process, jibazz may request a photo ID or other supporting documents at any time.
• Opening an account in the name of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Opening an account in the name of a corporate or business entity is not permitted.

3 Account Security and Password

Keeping your jibazz account secure is your own responsibility. Please follow these guidelines:

• Do not share your login details (username and password) with anyone.
• Use a strong and unique password that is difficult to guess.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Wagering requirement is 20x.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000.
• Example: deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳32,000.
• The wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Each bonus may have its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated on the bonus offer page.
• A bonus may only be used once per account.
• If a bonus is misused from the same IP address, device or banking details, the bonus will be cancelled.
• jibazz reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6 General Betting and Gaming Rules

All gaming and betting activity on jibazz is conducted under the following rules:

• All bets are final once placed and cannot be changed.
• If incorrect odds or results are displayed due to a technical error, jibazz reserves the right to void or correct the bet.
• If a technical issue affects the outcome of a game or match, jibazz will make a decision in accordance with recognised rules.
• jibazz is not liable for losses caused by internet disconnection during live betting events.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jibazz platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
• Misuse of bonuses or promotions ("bonus abuse").
• Fraudulent activity involving other users.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Any activity that may compromise the integrity of the platform.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or allowing a minor to use it.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of the balance. Legal action may be taken if necessary.
